Early Years Program
Edelweiss School has been providing early childhood education through its Kindergarten Program. In response to the growing demand from families seeking an early learning experience before Kindergarten, Edelweiss introduced its Kiddy Program in 2006, expanding its early childhood education services to support younger learners.
Today, the Early Years Program encompasses both the Kiddy and Kindergarten Programs, providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment that supports children throughout their early years. The program is designed to foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development through age-appropriate and meaningful learning experiences.
As part of the admission process, prospective students applying to the Early Years Program are required to complete several stages:
Psychological Profiling Test
A profiling assessment conducted by the school psychologist to gain an understanding of each child’s developmental characteristics, individual needs, and learning potential.
Administrative Requirements
Parents are required to complete and submit the necessary administrative documents as part of the admission process.
Parent Interview
Parents will participate in an interview with the school to discuss their child’s background, developmental journey, learning needs, and the family’s expectations for their child’s education.
Through this process, Edelweiss School aims to understand each child as an individual and establish a strong partnership with families. We are committed to providing a supportive early learning environment where children can develop their potential and build a strong foundation for their educational journey.
